YOUTH TRAINING

If you are a youth athlete in the area, our Speed School’s youth Speed sessions are your avenue to reaching your full potential by giving you that competitive edge in sport performance. Our sessions teach our youth athletes the fundamentals and techniques of running for speed as well as agility. Our youth athletes are tested throughout the 10 weeks and are shown their progress as they move throughout our program. Our sports performance training sessions have a proven track record of helping athletes excel in a wide range of sports: soccer, basketball, hockey, football, baseball, lacrosse, track and field, and more!
