Our Future Stars Flag Football program is tailored by grade level to ensure all players receive age-appropriate instruction and development. No experience necessary — all skill levels welcome!
🏈 Grades 1st–2nd
- Beginner-friendly drills
- Focus on basic fundamentals
- Fun games and confidence building
🏈 Grades 3rd–4th
- Introduction to core techniques
- Understanding positions and routes
- Increased emphasis on teamwork
🏈 Grades 5th–6th
- Explanation of concepts and coverages
- Situational gameplay and strategies
- 7 v 7
⚙️ What to Expect
- 15 minutes of basic skills & drills
- Followed by structured games and scrimmages
- Run by current and former players and coaches
- Focus on teamwork, fun, and football fundamentals
