Elite Training (High School)
Our Elite Training motivates our athletes’ by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. We will measure their strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. We develop varied and progressive programs which are geared to improving your health and wellness. Our program benefits boys and girls who are looking to improve for any sport they may play.
The Scope of our Training includes:
- Knowledge of concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and basic exercise science for all sports.
- An ability to design individual and group exercise programs tailored to your needs and attainable goals. We will assess you in the beginning and throughout your program. All of our programs are safe and effective. We monitor that you are properly executing your technique.
- A desire to reach individual health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercise.
- We motivate you to improve your overall fitness and health.
Small Groups Training
We offer small group training, which is a workout experience that allows you to train with other people and gain the knowledge from your group. A small group workout allows for a lower financial investment, but maintains the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.
Small group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of creativity and motivation from your trainer. Your trainer is committed to closely supervise movements and make appropriate modifications when necessary. You are closely supervised with movements and trainers make corrections along the way. Our trainers design and organize programs that fit within a group dynamic. Small group training is a great opportunity to workout with friends and improve your overall fitness.
