Ralph Sandello

Director

Ralph is a Madison resident of 29 years and has played in the Madison Football Program from youth football all the way through high school. His father also is a Madison resident of 60+ years and played football in the youth and high school programs. Ralph also played basketball and lacrosse in Madison at the youth and high school levels. Ralph is currently the Passing Game Coordinator at Morristown-Beard School as well as coaching basketball and lacrosse in the off season. Ralph has been coaching recreation basketball and lacrosse teams in the Madison program for 5+ years.

Cullen Jenkins

Coach

Cullen is a 13-year NFL veteran and Super Bowl Champion. As a defensive linemen he recorded 349 career tackles as well as 49 career sacks. Cullen was signed by the Green Bay packers in 2003. In his last year as a Packer, He won Super Bowl XLV over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played college football at Central Michigan University. He has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, and Washington Redskins. He is currently the Defensive Line Coach at Morristown-Beard School. 

Darnell Evans

Coach

Darnell attended Shaw University and was a 4-year starter. He was a 2x All American, 3x All Conference Defensive Back. In 2013 Darnell lead the nation in interceptions with 11 in 10 games. He was the 2013-14 HBCU Defensive Player of the Year. Darnell still holds the conference record for interceptions with 27 career interceptions. Upon graduation, Darnell played indoor professional football in the IFL for both the Colorado Ice (2015), and the Colorado Crush (2016). He also had a professional season abroad in Germany,  playing both wide receiver and defensive back for the Langenfeld Longhorns (2017). Darnell currently coaches the defensive coordinator and defensive backs at Morristown-Beard School.

Chris Kubik

Coach

Coach Kubik has 28 seasons of football coaching experience. As an assistant football coach, Coach Kubik has made 10 playoff appearances and has coached seven division and three state championship teams. As a head coach, Coach Kubik helped Madison to a record of 99-41 and nine playoff appearances in the past 13 seasons. In 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016, Dodgers won division championships. Starting in 2010, Madison completed three consecutive 12-0 seasons winning 3 North 2 Group 2 championships. During that time, Madison won 39 consecutive games. Madison also won the North 2 Group 2 championship in 2015 and 2016
making it five sectional titles in seven seasons. In 2010, Coach Kubik was named Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference Freedom Division Coach of the Year and was an assistant coach for the North/South All Star Game. In 2011, he was named Coach of the Year by the New Jersey Football Coaches Association and the Morris County Football Coaches Association.

Aaron Aiken

Coach

Coach Aiken, currently an arena football Quarterback and QB trainer, has played professionally for the last 4 yrs. Coach Aiken’s professional resume includes playing in Spokane, Wa, Fort Collins, CO, Bismarck, ND, and currently Sioux City, IA. Prior to playing professionally, Coach Aiken played collegiality at Georgetown University while in undergrad and a year at Coastal Carolina University for a graduate year. Coach Aiken comes to you with a lot of passion for the QB position eager to provide as much tutelage and knowledge as possible!

Mike Risimini

Coach

Mike was a Cedar Grove native who was a 4-year varsity letterman for three sports and also won 2 state championships at his time in Cedar Grove. He was a 2x first team all-state and also led Essex County in scoring his senior season. He played in the North-South NJ all-star game where he was named a captain and also the defensive MVP. Mike now coaches at Cedar Grove where he will be entering his 6th season. He is the special team’s coordinator as well as the slot receiver and defensive back coach. He is an elementary school physical education teacher in Montclair as well as a varsity wrestling and baseball assistant coach.

Martin Horn

Coach

Martin is a 2011 Madison High School graduate, he is entering his third season with the Dodgers. An All-Conference Tight End on the Dodgers Undefeated State Championship 2010 team, Horn went on to play Tight End at Susquehanna University earning four varsity letters while graduating with a degree in Business Communications.  Coach Horn has coached two seasons at Don Bosco Preparatory School serving as a varsity assistant and Freshman offensive coordinator/ quarterbacks coach, before joining Coach Kubik at his alma mater. 

Kevin Meany

Coach

Kevin Meany is in his 10th year as the Assistant Head/Offensive Line Coach with the Morristown-Beard Varsity Football Team. Meany began coaching in 1991 at Millburn High School, where he coached football, ice hockey, and lacrosse. He was also an assistant football coach at Bernards High School in 1999 and 2000. He coached lacrosse at the college level from 2002-2010. A three-sport athlete at the Delbarton School, Meany played lacrosse at Providence College, graduating in 1986.
