About Our Camp
Future Starsβ Adaptive Sports Camp is a one-week afternoon program designed to provide children with special needs an inclusive and engaging sports experience. Our goal is to help campers develop teamwork, social skills, and athletic confidence in a sensory-friendly and supportive environment.
Participants will enjoy flag football, soccer, basketball, and other fun sports while engaging in structured activities tailored to their individual needs.

ποΈ One-Week Program: Monday – Thursday (Friday Rain Date)

2:00 – 2:10 PM β Welcome & Warm-up Activities (gentle stretching, sensory-friendly movement)
2:10 – 2:40 PM β Activity Rotation 1 (Sport 1)
2:40 – 3:10 PM β Activity Rotation 2 (Sport 2)
3:10 – 3:40 PM β Activity Rotation 3 (Sport 3)
3:40 – 4:00 PM β Cool-down & Reflection (mindfulness, group discussion, social interaction)
